On National Economic Benefit of Economic Law

In China economic law has been the challenged by civil law and administrative law since its first enforcement. It is hard to define their norm and the scope of adjustment. The law's values reveals the significance of law's existence purpose, namely what the law exists for, and decide the object of the law adjustment and law characteristics. The special history economic law tells that national economy benefit is the economic law's direct target. Therefore, it is possible to explain the characteristics of economic law's national economy benefit and prove economic law's independence by analyzing the national economy benefit.
