Abstract
According to the 2001—2009 Shenyang estate market data,this paper analyzes the real estate market from investment in real estate development,construction and land market,capital market,commer-cial housing market,etc.Then the article further analyzes the real estate market operation rule,summarizes the operation characteristics of the real estate market,and combines with the international environment on the real estate market and domestic policies,analyzes and forecasts the development trend of the real estate market in Shenyang.
