Abstract
Through analyzing the characteristics of the maintenance and management of the high-level highway,this paper indicates the problems existing in the maintenance and management of Chinese high-level highway in the present stage;and using the advanced experiences of highway maintenance and management in developed countries for reference,and from the aspects of institutional reform,rules and regulations construction,technical management,and maintenance mechanization,etc.,this paper advances some reasonable countermeasures for the maintenance,management and development of Chinese high-level highway.
