Abstract

The object of this study is to observe the irritation of detergent to hand skin wiuSin five days and to set up the preliminary evaluation method on the detergent irritation to hand skin.Skin hydration barrier function of hand backs and hand palms were assessed by clinical assessment,CORNEOMETER and TEWAMETER in each day.The result showed that repeated immersion in the detergent solution may cause accumulated irritation to hand skin.It is an effective method to evaluate the detergent irritation by clinical assessment and noinvasive instruments.
