The Application and Evaluation of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Patients Undergoing Orthopedic Surgery

Objective To explore the methods and results of clinical nursing pathway in the patients undergoing orthopedic surgery. Methods 40 patients with limb fractures undergoing selective surgical treatment were equally divided into two groups,the patients of two groups were treated by using conventional surgical methods,based on these,the patients in this nursing group were given the clinical nursing pathway of muscle relaxation training. Results The anxiety scores of the two groups showed no difference before nursing,after nursing,anxiety scores of the control group before and after nursing were different,but the decrease amplitude was not obvious;the anxiety scores of nursing group after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01) . Nursing self-efficacy scores of the two groups showed no difference before nursing,after nursing the self-efficacy scores of the control group basically did not change;the self-efficacy scores of the nursing group after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05) . Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway based on muscle relaxation training can reduce the anxiety level of patients with fractures,relieve anxiety caused by the reaction of self-efficacy,so it shall be widely applied.
