Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography in the treatment of nipple discharge, and analyze the clinical efficacy. Methods To select 50 cases who were pathologically confirmed nipple discharge as study objects.Patients were given preoperative routine ultrasound and real-time ultrasound elastography examination, parallel to the ductal radial method scan, diagnosis was based on patients' areola area dilatation catheter and placeholder routine ultrasound sonogram performance, diagnostic results had BI-RADS1-5 levels,real-time elasticity imaging analysis based on imaging characteristics of the lesions, divided into 1-5 scales. All patients were lesions or surgery pathological. Results Of 50 cases,40 cases were benign lesions,10 cases were malignant lesions, strengthened the use of elastography based on routine ultrasound, the lesion diagnostic sensitivity reached 100%.Conclusion If routine ultrasound catheter dilation accompanied internal limitations Echo lesions, ultrasound elastography examination should be used for patients,it can effectively improve diagnosis specificity.
