Abstract
Through scientific market demand forecasting and pricing,revenue management can optimize enterprise's existing resource allocation in order to increase maximum profit,which has been applied in the relative field that solves match problem of capacity and demand such as air,hotel service industry and so on,and gets excellent effect.On the basis of introducing necessary condition which applying revenue management must have,we analyze character of railroad and consider that implementing revenue management is feasible and necessary under the mechanism of railroad bureau direct managing station,railroad bureau can get increased profit through implementing dynamic pricing and seat allocation policy based on passenger forecasting,in the end some suggestions and opinion are put forward.
