Study on definition,composition and evaluation system of core competence

The definition of core competence is concluded according to former theories and studies and viewpoints about core competence are produced in view of resource,capacity,knowledge,system and culture.On this foundation,the composition of core competence are discussed and it is believed that core competence should be divided into three aspects: core product,core capacity and core resource.Then evaluation system of core competence is built up,which would provide scientific basis for enterprises to identify,evaluate and build up core competence.
