Political development is an important part of social development,covering the institutionalization,democratization and integration of politics.It is also an important issue any nation must face in different periods of development.Political stability means that the political entity adopts a series of regulatory measures to eliminate the relevant factors that undermine stability,to avoid political unrest,to maintain order,normative and continuity of political operations,and to keep political structure in a relative dynamically balanced state.Political stability is the premise and guarantee for political development,and political development is the inherent requirement of political stability.They represent two value goals of political life.Therefore,it takes the building of harmonious modern political value system,coordination of interests of all parties,and standardization of civil participation in politics to promote political stability.
