Abstract
This paper systematically analyzes the major risk of the ethanol tank area,and summarizes the possible consequences of the accident:tank poor fire,vapor cloud explosion(VCE),boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion(BLEVE).Also mathematical models of quantitative simulation analysis and an applied methodology for simulating the consequences is presented,which is conductive for overall layout of alcohol tank,security design,risk analysis,and accident prevention measures.
