This paper research on the evaluation principles and methods of the theory of Model of total enterprise value theory,including Economic Value Added and Technical Value Added. Make an example about investment decision to explain the application of the theory of Enterprise value theory,and propose a general mode using in investment decision based on the theory of Model of total enterprise value theory.
