Exploring the Student-centered Training Mode of Innovative Science Graduate Students

Abstract

The recruit and culture size of graduate students in China has been changing,subsequent pressure of obtain employment increases rapidly,while the quality of graduate students,advisors team,and research conditions could not be seasoned with the innovative talent cultivation considerably.In this paper,we definitude target of education firstly,and then explored the student-centered training mode of innovative science graduate students.The proposal included seven aspects.
