Abstract

African swine fever(ASF)is caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV),characterized by a high fever,skin and visceral organ bleeding,high mortality.It is an acute,febrile,and highly fatal infectious disease as.This paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the latest research in detection methods of African swine fever virus,including PCR,fluorescence quantitative PCR,LAMP,ELISA,to provide technical reference for detecting African swine fever virus.
