Abstract
Waist and leg pain caused by intervertebral disc herniation is a common disease.Studies show that interleukin-6 is expressed highly in protruded intervertebral disc tissue,and has great relationship with the other cytokines and chemical medium.It may play an important role in pathogenesis of intervertebral disc herniation.
