Abstract
This paper introduces a new type of programmable temperature compensated crystal oscillator(TCXO).It is developed on the basis of the traditional temperature compensated crystal oscillators and combined lock phase technology and other new technology.The output frequency of the programmable temperature compensated crystal oscillator can be reset by user.It not only has the virtues of the traditional temperature compensated crystal oscillators but also is more convenient in practical use.The experiment result of the programmable temperature compensated crystal oscillator with frequency from 10MHz to 300MHz is satifying.From-55℃ to 85℃,the stability of frequency is better than ±2ppm.The crystal oscillator is small in size(20.4 mm×13 mm×10 mm(DIP14))with use of SMT and mixed technology.
