Abstract
Based on field investigation in the main distribution area of Quercus Mongolica forest, under the guidance of the principles of completeness, maneuverability, comparability and applicability, this article aims at establishment of a forest health assessment indicator system and assessment method for Quercus Mongolica forest with the help of the complex structure and function indicator method, and thus offering the scientific theory for forest health management of the Quercus Mongolica forest in Beijing area after a comprehensive survey of the Quercus Mongolica forest health in the area above-mentioned.In this study, biodiversity, vigor, resilience and soil condition are taken as the indicators to evaluate forest ecosystem and the latest research of Quercus Mongolica forest and the natrual conditions and forest vegetation in Beijing are taken into consideration as well.
