Abstract
The durability of concrete structures becomes more and more important. Based on the summary of study on the durability evaluation and remaining serve life prediction of concrete structure, several basic problems in this domain are brought forth,including failure criteria, expert database, durability index and the full life-cycle analysis. It is suggested that concrete structure durability should be combined with the material performance, and the penetration model of concrete material or Cl-diffusion model are the key issue. The durability design of concrete structures must be established as soon as possible.
