Abstract
The tensile deformation with different temperature, strain rate and deformation of 45 steel was carried out.The relationship between the deformation temperature, strain rate, deformation and thermodynamics behavior, microstructure changes was studied. The results show that the dynamic recrystallization of austenite occurs when austenitizing at 830 ℃ and then coolling, respectively, and deforming at 800 ℃.The austenite deformation induced ferrite transformation occurs when deforming at 760 ℃ with two kinds of strain rate. The ferrite dynamic recovery and sub-grain structure occurs when deforming at 720 ℃
