Abstract
Objective To explore the changes and their significances of CD19+B lymph cell,CD56+ CD16+NK cell and C3and C4complement levels in stage I CWP patients. Methods The levels of CD19+B cell and cell expressions of CD56+CD16+NK in peripheral blood were determined by a flow-cytometer in 56 cases of stage I CWP patients as the CWP group,45cases of healthy underground pit miners as the dust exposed group, and 48cases healthy ground workers as the normal control.Levels of serum C3and C4complements were detected by immune-turbidimetric assay. Results Compared with the normal control group and dust exposed group, the levels of CD19+B cells elevated and CD56+CD16+NK cells lowered in CWP group(P0.05,P0.01),levels of C3and C4complements had no obvious changes(P0.05).The levels of CD56+CD16+and C4complement in dust exposed group were significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P0.05).The levels of CD19+and C3complement increased in dust exposed group without statistical significance(P0.05).The levels of C3complement was positively correlated with C4complement in CWP group(r=0.610,P0.01),yet no correlation were found with other parameters. Conclusions An upregulation of B cell-mediated humoral immunity occurs in stage I CWP patients and their NK cellular immunity function declines.
