Abstract

Objective: To establish an influenza virus A infection model in BALB/c mice and to provide animal model for studying variation,pathogenic mechanism and anti-virus medicines screening.Method: The experimental mice were infected with influenza virus A.Then the clinical symptoms and the histopathological changes were observed.Result: The BALB/c mice had the clinical symptoms and typical lesion.Conclusion: The influenza virus A infected BALB/c mice model can be made.
