Abstract
《The Provisions of the People's Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information》,which was promulgated on April 24th,2007 and came into force on May 1th,2008,is a milestone in central government's relevant legislation process by filling the blank.Article 33 of the provision directly set up the methods for government information disclosure litigation.However,how to effectively implement the provisions(especially how to cooperate with administrative litigation) under current Chinese legal system,need to be seriously considered.Our country's own government information disclosure litigation system should be developed in both legislative and theoretical region.
