Abstract
Haemagglutination (HA) test and haemagglutination inhibition (HA-HI) test are widely-used laboratory methods for determination of antibody levels of avian influenza. This paper introduces factors affecting the haemagglutination (HA) test and haemagglutination inhibition (HA-HI) test and also proposes countermeasures.
