Abstract

In the 21st century, China′s tourism must seek a sustainable development. Making use of the Non-Zero-Total theory, the author puts forward his point of view that a realization of the dynamic equilibrium between the tourism demand and the tourism potential becomes an inevitable choice for China′s tourism industry to achieve a sustainable development. By means of technological and non-technological operation, the current contradiction between tourism demand and tourism potential must be settled to ensure a healthy, rapid and sustainable development of tourism industry.
