The Analysis of Duality of Religious Morality's Social Function

Religious morality is an important part of religious theory,implied in the religious doctrine,religious canon,ceremonies,institutions,etc.coexisting with religious development.Being the values and directions of religious believers,Religious moralities are believed and obeyed by followers,which has a major impact on humans'religious and social life.This thesis is based on the statement of religious rituals and religious ethics and theories,and it points out that the social function of religion has the duality of both positive and negative social function on believers and society.Therefore I put forward that we should treat religious morality correctly during the new period of modernization of Chinese characteristic socialism,in a word,take the essence and discard the dregs and use religious morality to serve the socialist moral construction.
