Abstract

Human orientation as the motive and target of development is the value foundation of scientific development.The construction of teaching staff in minority colleges and universities must implement human-orientation ideology to realise their continuous,healthy and rapid development and set a solid foundation to improve their teaching staff in an all-round way.
