Abstract
Objective:To study the CT manifestation of thoracic sarcoidosis. Methods: The CT manifestation of 15 cases thoracic sarcoidosis proven by clinicl therapy and pathology were analysed retrospectively. Results: Enlarged thoracic lymph nodes were detected in all cases.9 cases of them presented mediastinal lymph node enlargement associated with bilateral hilar lymph node enlargement, 4 cases of them had mediastinal lymph node enlargement and unilateral hilar lymph node enlargement, and 2 of them only had mediastinal lymph node enlargement. In the cases, 11 had pulmonary abnormalities.main represent small node(8 cases), abrading glass shadow(2 cases)and pulmonary interstinal fibrosis(1cases).Conclusion: CT was an important method to diagnose the thoracic sarcoidosis.
