Abstract
This paper combined the Water-saving irrigation technologies'application in the irrigation areas of the stone river and discussing the measures and benefits of the Water conservancy in the projects,agriculture and management. This paper also proposes the future development direction of the water-saving irrigation technologies on the basis of applying the new results of water-saving irrigation technology.
