Abstract

Wang Wei is good at describing accurately and vividly the natural beauty of various mountains and rivers by succint words as a skilled painter does. He leaves in the poems his own special feelings to give people the enjoyment and enlightenment of beauty. Analysis is made on the beautiful pictures in Wang Wei's pastoral poetry from the perspective of painting.
