Abstract
Objective To discuss the correlation between different molecular subtypes of breast cancer and axillary lymph node metastasis. Methods We made molecular classification on 127 cases of patients with breast cancer, and analyse axillary lymph node metastasis status. Results There were 50 Luminal cases in which 8 ( 16. 0% ) were found to be axillary lymph nodes metastasis; among the 28 Luminal B1 cases, there were 16 ( 57. 1% ) axillary lymph nodes metastasis; among the 15 Luminal B2 cases, there were 3( 20. 0% ) axillary lymph nodes metastasis; there were 7 cases ( 28. 0% ) of axillary lymph nodes metastasis in the 25 cases of HER-2(+) subtype; and in the 9 cases of Basal-like subtype,6( 66. 7% ) were axillary lymph nodes metastasis. There were statistically significant differences between positive rates of axillary lymph node metastasis( P 0. 05) . Conclusions According to the molecular classification of breast cancer, the metastasis of axillary lymph node can be indirectly understood,or the establishment of axillary lymph node dissection indications could provide help.
