Abstract
In this paper, the robust fault detection problem for linear time invariant(LTI)with both disturbances: unknown finite energy and white noise disturbances is studied. We formulate a mixed H2/H∞ filter residual generator, and solve filter gain by solving a convex minimization problem with a set of linear matrix inequality(LMI)constrains. Moreover, based on this we design robust detection threshold to realize robustness to disturbances and sensitivity to the faults to be detected. At last, the simulation results show the good effectiveness.
