Abstract

Corporate governance system is one of the key parts in modern corporate system.This paper gives a brief description of central points of corporate governance,the current situation of corporate governance system in China and the major problems concerned.It also generalizes and clarifies the new regulations concerning corporate governance system in the newly enforced corporate law.
