A Historical Move towards"Political Ethics" Construction in Transitional Society——The Theme,Kernel and Brea of"Political Civilizations" with Chinese Characteristics

The theme and kernel of building socialist political civilizations with Chinese characteristics is constructing democratic politics with the essence of civilization of man,the subject of political civilizations.Improving political civilizations of political subject is an inevitable requirement of political ethics in transitional society as well as necessity and basic value pursuit of socialist political civilization construction with Chinese characteristics.Steps may be taken in two respects: strengthening education of citizens and raising citizens' awareness of political ethics;speeding up the course of political socializations so as to extend citizens' political participation and reach an agreement in political value.
