The nature of private right is the essential attribute of the intellectual property right,but with the development of society,the tendency of public right has been appeared.The division of private right and public right has important meanings.The main behavior of the tendency of public right of the intellectual property is the intervention of the national public power,its essence is that the intellectual property system pays more attention to the protection of the social and public interests because of the intervention of the national public power.The reason of the tendency of public right of the intellectual property right mainly behaves in such aspects as politics,economy and law.The tendency of public right of the intellectual property right has been strengthened,however,which has not changed the private right attribute of the intellectual property right.
