Abstract

College English teaching involves many sections of a school,such as foreign language teaching section,school teaching management section and student affairs office,etc.Effective teaching management decides whether college English teaching succeeds or not.College English teaching has its own features,so teaching quality,teaching process,teaching evaluation and teachers training are mainly discussed in this paper so as to undergo a scientific management in college English teaching.
