The Nonlinear Analysis Between Drop-Jump of Different Depth and Distance Combination and the Effect of Jump

Drop-jump has been applied continuously and widespread for a long time as one kind of successful form of developing the explosive power of the legs.The application in practice and in theoretical innovation has been not ceasing;especially the study on the depth of drop-jump is more.But the study on the distance of drop-jump is only a little.In order to develop the method of drop-jump and provide the training method,we analyzed the situation that different depth and distance combination has different influence on drop-jump and the nonlinear relation between them was also discussed.
