Abstract
In order to adhere to its own ruling of feudalism,ancient China's rulers attached great importance to the election, control and management,and set up complete and regular systems of official administration,one of which was the system of recommendation and implication,a combination of China's ancient spirit to recommend talents and be involved in implication. There was legislation for the system from the Qin Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, in which the ways varied. Rulers of all dynasties attached great importance to the implementation of this system, which assumed great significance in the history of ancient China's administration of officials. The system can also be used for reference in the on-going institutional reform and official election.
