Abstract

Objective:To analyze how low-molecular-weight heparin sodium injection effect hemorheology of patients suffered from acute cerebral infarction. Method:64 cases of patients suffered from acute cerebral infarction were treated by low-molecular-weight heparin sodium injection, and indexes of hemorheology were checked before treatment and the 6th to 7th day after the treatment.Result: The values of hemorheology indexes in control group were significantly higher than normal values. Values of hemorheology indexes in treated group were lower than before treated, which the significance was at 5% level. Conclusion: Hemorheology indexes are abnormal in patients suffered from acute cerebral infarction. Low-molecular-weight heparin sodium injection can significantly reduce blood viscosity, and improve the hemorheology of patients' blood.
