The Discussion of the Construction of the University Library Digital Resource

Summary: the construction of the digital resource has become the most important part of University library's literature resources construction, but there still has many Underlying reasons which put off the development of the construction of digital resources. This paper will discuss and show some ideas on six questions, which are the construction of digital resources, popularization of it, intellectual property protection problems, interlibrary cooperation, the construction standards of digital resources, and evaluation system of users.
