Abstract

Objective:To expolre the expression of heat shock protein(HSP70) in acute lung injury(ALI).Methods:Thirty-six female wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups:ALI group(group A),control group(group B).The rat model of ALI was established with injecting lipopolysaccharide(LPS)through caudal vein. All the rats were killed at 2,4,6 h afer injecting LPS.Expression of HSP70 of the lung tissue the activity of SOD and the contents of MDA of the lung tissud were determined. Results:In the A group, expression of HSP70 in the lung tissue increased in every time points than the group B.The 2,6 h are obviously(P0.01),the activity of SOD became lower(P0.05) and the contents of MDA increased(P0.05).Conclusion:The results suggests that HSP70 may play a role in the protection of ALI induced by LPS.
