Abstract

Objective To study the expression and clinicopathological significance of OPN in lung cancer.Methods OPN expression in lung cancer tissures was detected in 78 patients by immunochistohemistry method.Results The positive rate of OPN expression in NSCLC was 58.46%. The expression of OPN in NSCLC was related to TNM stage and lymph metastasis(P0.01).Conclusion Overexpression of OPN may be involved in the progression and metastasis of the lung cancer.It may predict the metastasis and prognosis of NSCLC.
