Abstract

Objective:To detect the expression characteristice of IL-1 and TNF-α in adjuvant arthritis(AA) rats model. Methods:AA rats model was established, the the serum level of IL-1 and TNF-α were determined by ELISA and the degree of pathogenicity as well as the pathological characteristice were assayed by histopathological techniques and joint roentgenography. Results:Compared with the control group, the IL-1 and the TNF-α were increased obviously in the model group. Conclusion:The serum level of IL-1 and TNF-α might involve in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.
