Abstract

Objective:In order to observe the response of immunosuppressed mice to celiac of C.albicans.Methods:The mice were fed with senna leaf decoction for seven days until the mice appeared some symptoms, such as enterorrhea, loss of appetite, emaciation and inactivity. Then the mice were inject C.albicans celiacly. The survival days of mice were observed for three weeks and the amount of live C.albicans in kidneys was calculated.A trace of hemolysis spectrophotography and double antibody mothod sandwich technique ELISA were determined.Result: The results suggest that C.albicans can suppress the immune function of the normal mice significantly. In contrast, the humor immunization function of the immunosuppressed mice and intraserous.IFN-υ fell obvisouly. They are in tune with the increase of the amount of C.albicans in kidneys. But,the survival days of senna-treated mice were not shorted after the infection of C.albicans.Conclusion:It means that C.albicans is susceptible to immunosuppressed mice.
