Abstract
Objective Most acute tetramine poisoning case was caused by polluted foods. Te-tramine has high toxicity and short delitescence. The patients of ATI has no special clinical behave. Some poisoning case's diagnosis was wrong. So, acute tetramine poisoning case has high mortality. Diagnosis of these cases should be done according to the medical record of poison contact, symptom and poison identifying. Methods 47 poisoning cases could be divided different grade according to degree of poisoning. The symptoms of these cases had been systematically analysed in clinics. Results There were 34 cases of severe grade in 47 ATI. 4 cases of children had happened the respiratory failure in 12 cases of children. 6 cases of adults had happened the respiratory failure from 22 cases of adult. 11 cases of respiratory failure in adults and children had been treated and diagnosed in time. No case was died. Conclusion Severity grade case should be treated intensively. If we do these, the respiratory failure induced by poisoning can be prevented and cured in time. Mortality of these cases can be reduced.
