Abstract

Food traceability is an important means to ensure food safety,food traceability system is the cornerstone to put food traceability into use.The article described and comparatively analyzed food traceability system of the world's major developed countries,put forward revelation and problems which need attention in the construction of the food traceability system in China to make recommendations to the establishment of China's food traceability system.
