Abstract
A HPLC method was established for the simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride(1),palmatine hydrochloride(2) and coptisine hydrochloride(3) in crude drug and extracts of Rhizoma coptidis.The parameters of extraction process of Rhizoma coptidis were optimized by orthogonal design.The results showed that extraction of the pulverized Rhizoma coptidis with 60% ethanol for 3 times and 1h for each time,the extract yield was 25.47%,the content of 1,2 and 3 in the prepared extract of Rhizoma coptidis was 22.06%,5.28% and 6.90%,respectively.
