Abstract
Through field experiment, chemical analysis and biological statistics, the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer(urea、ammonium nitrate and ammonium bicarbonate) on the content and distribution of nitrate in different parts of spring wheat were systematically studied with Yongliang NO.4.Results indicated that applying different nitrogen fertilizer increased the content and amount of accumulation of nitrate in total plant, especially in the stems. There was not significant difference among different nitrogen on nitrate content and accumulation in wheat seed.Applying NH4NO3 did not increase the content of nitrate in seed. The amount of nitrate was very high in the beginning of the growth period, but decreased sharply in the late stage and it was so low in the maturation period, which was far less than the limitation standard set for the green food.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
