Abstract

Management of quality cost is one important aspect of the TQM.It plays a vital role in quality management.There are many problems existed in quality cost management in the middle and small enterprises of our country at present.By causes analysis,this paper puts forward the measures to strengthen enterprise quality cost management,which fully illustrates that only to strengthen quality cost management the enterrpsie will be in an invincible position in the acute market competition.
