Analysis on Relationship Between Agricultural Credit and Agriculture Economic Increase of Heilongjiang Province

To evaluate the relationship between agricultural credit and agriculture economic deve-lopment,the paper processed the related data of Heilongjiang's agricultural loans and gross output of agricultural from 1995 to 2008,by using Eviews 5.0 co-integration test.The result suggested that they both had a long-run equilibrium of each other.An error correction model was set up to get the contribution of agricultural credit and increase the agricultural economy in Heilongjiang Province after analyzing their relationship.Finally,the conclusion showed the agricultural credit had an obvious effect on agricultural economy.Some suggestions to improve the agricultural credit and the system of rural finance of Heilongjiang Province were made according to the analysis.
