Reform and policy of exchange rate system in China

Abstract
With the openning-up of finance,there are many problems in the current exchange rate system in China.In this paper,based on analysis of the development trend of international exchange rate system,it is held that the direction of the exchange rate system reform in China is to bring about floating exchange rate system.Because the economic liberalization in China is still at the low level,at present,the most important reform is to develop a perfect foreign exchange market in a short term,meanwhile the floating range of exchange rate should be extended,so as to realize the managed floating exchange rate system.
