Abstract
Objective To evaluate the levels of nutritional knowledge of pupils and ascetain any major problems in dietary behaviors. Methods 178 pupils were surveyed with questionnaire to obtain data regarding their nutritional knowledge and dietary behaviors. Results Among the surveyed students only 12.79% pupils consumed four food groups and 2.77% pupils didn’t eat the breakfast meanwhile about 55.14% pupils who heard or read the Dietary Guideline before. Conclusion There existed some bad healthy behaviors of eating. In order to improve pupils’ dietary behaviors the effective nutritional education should be carried out.
